Toby Moreton, Principal

T M Costings Ltd is headed up by Toby Moreton.

Toby began his career as a law costs draftsman in Southampton in 1992 and went on to hold various senior positions in and around London and the South East. He became an Associate of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen in 2000 and a Fellow in 2002 before setting up T M Costings Ltd in 2005. He was one of the first Fellow Members of the ALCD to be granted higher rights in July 2007 and to attain the title Costs Lawyer. Toby has been closely involved in a number of high profile cases and has developed a particular specialism in a number of areas, such as high value personal injury, clinical negligence, commercial litigation and civil liberties matters, including actions against the police and death in custody cases.
