2. Direct negotiation with paying and receiving parties

Whether it’s maximising your own costs or a case of ‘damage limitation’ in respect of a claim presented to your lay client, we can provide a complete costs negotiation service focused on achieving the best possible outcome for you and your client.

3. Court attendance on your behalf

We can provide attendance on detailed assessment and other costs related hearings in most County Courts, as well as the Senior Courts Costs Office (formerly Supreme Court Costs Office). As Costs Lawyers we can place ourselves on the Court record at any stage and assume full conduct through to conclusion.

For clients based in and around London we can include you on our next weekly collection, currently every Wednesday. Alternatively, for urgent matters next day pick ups can be arranged. Same day collections can also usually be provided, nationwide, if requested before 1pm.  You may prefer to call us to arrange this.
